2UW Horsemanship Program – Internship & Certification
There are various ways to learn from our coaches and trainers, and for those who would like the opportunity to work with Joe Ammann and Clare Haag, we offer our Horsemanship Program.
Our development program is designed to teach true horsemanship and provide certification. You will learn to ride correctly in your discipline of choice. You will learn to be responsible for caring for the horses in that barn, including cleaning the stalls, grooming, alerting the barn manager of any health problems, and routine health care.
Call today for details at (785) 340-2297 or email us.

"Lovely place to ride. I take both English and Western lessons here. Clare is a fantastic trainer! It is a great place for college students who want to continue to ride even if they are far from home. The facility is wonderful, with an indoor arena. I really appreciate that they have a jumping area that is dragged often. The lesson horses are great. Having the opportunity to ride different horses really allows me to improve my horsemanship skills. Overall great experience!"

"Had an awesome day in Westmoreland, Kansas yesterday with cutting horse trainer Joe Ammann! He had been helping me work with Shiloh in a sport we both really like. I learned some new things that I will apply to my growing base of horse knowledge. I really didn't realize there were different things for each western discipline. Different turns, different stirrup lengths, etc. Here's some pic and a video of my lesson. The video of Joe on Von (two-year-old stud) is what I'm working towards. Shiloh did the flag, and he wasn't bad, but we have a ways to go. I love his horse, Von! If only I could win the lottery."
